Communication Survey

Keeping the lines of communication open is a key element in motivation, and is the foundation to build a solid team. "Happy Staff Means Happy Clients", so take this quiz to determine if you can improve your communication skills.

Do you use these effective communication strategies: Always Often Never
Do you make an effort to form positive messages and delivery when communicating?      
Do you balance your positive and constructive feedback?      
Do you empathize as the listener when communicating?      
Do you seek first to understand, then to be understood?      
Does your organization have regular, effective staff meetings? (I stress the word “effective”)      
At meetings, do staff members share in the agenda?      
Do you share/discuss customer/patient testimonials?      
Does management communicate organizational goals and values?
