Penny has played a key role in professional development since 1989. She is the current President and Owner of Northern Lights Presentations, which offers Business Training & Corporate Communications services to assist organizations and individuals achieve their goals.

Penny has been educating and motivating adults since 1989. While most of her efforts are spent working locally throughout Northern Ontario, Penny also speaks internationally at venues in Canada and the United States.

Involvement in the North Bay and Area Toastmasters since 2002 has attained Penny many designations including Competent Leader and Advanced Toastmaster Silver. Penny continues to polish her speaking and leadership skills through her involvement with Toastmasters and a busy seminar schedule.

A flair for motivation and core business skills training ensures that clients and participants gain both the concepts introduced, as well as the desire to make such concepts work!
